Collect and preserve material about Sufis of Sarwari Qadri order.
Publish a biannual research journal on study of Sultan Bahoo and Sufism.
Publish and promote Sufi poetry and philosophy of Sultan Bahoo.
Supervise and assist research scholars of M.Phil and Ph.D.
Hold conferences, seminars, symposia, lectures and talks about Sultan Bahoo.
Link and co-operate with similar chairs and research centers working in other universities of Pakistan and abroad.
Hold an annual Jashan-e-Bahoo to celebrate the spiritual legacy of Sultan Bahoo.
Arrange extension lectures on Sufism and Sultan Bahoo in rural and urban areas to neutralize extremism prevalent in Pakistani society.
